Founded in 2005, the Japanese Restaurant Association of Canada (JRAC) is a non-profit organization based in Toronto. Our mission is to promote Japanese culinary culture and the use of Japanese ingredients. Through initiatives such as Japanese food festivals, we aim to broaden the appeal of Japanese cuisine, facilitate exports, and stimulate regional revitalization. We also serve as a safety net for the Japanese food industry in Canada.
